Termite Tenting is scheduled to resume as budgeted following the annual elections.
The 2012 Annual Meeting for Owners (Members of the Home Owners Association) will be held on Tuesday, April 10th at 6:00 PM at Bible Fellowship Church in Room 302. Please plan to either attend or return your completed ballot that was mailed to you as we need a quorum of 51% of the members in order to hold the meeting and elect the new Board members.
Board Meetings are
typically on the
Second-Tuesday of these months: Jan, Feb, Mar; May, Jun; Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov. (There are usually no Board meetings scheduled in July & December. And the annual meeting is held in April, sometimes at a different location, in place of the monthly meeting.) Meetings are at
RMP (the Management Company) and begin at
6:30 pm. See the

Parkside Community Garage Sale - You can expect the date for the next upcoming community garage sale to be announced in the spring of 2012 (tentatively scheduled for May 12th).
Remember - private / individual garage sales are not permitted throughout the year.
